Staff Spotlight – Trevor Robinson

Tell us a little about yourself! What inspired you to become a teacher?

I am currently a Communication of Science and Disorders major and minoring in Education. I always have had a calling to work with children, so getting involved in Magnolia was the perfect mix of both!

What brought you to Magnolia Speech School, and what excites you most about being here?

My aunt is a speech pathologist and helped me steer towards that route that Magnolia brings. I am so excited to work here because I get to see a glimpse of what my daily day looks like for the future.

What is your favorite part of working with our students?

I love interacting and having fun! There is constant laughter and happiness.

What is your go-to coffee (or favorite morning) order?

A gummy bear with rainbow candy loaded tea or orange celsius or a skinny hot blondie.

What is one fun fact about yourself that most people don’t know?

I am terrified of clowns!

Outside of the classroom, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I enjoy working out, being outside, and spending time with my family.

What is one goal you have for this school year?

My one goal this year is to bring the students further education wise and spiritually to Jesus where they can see me as a role model of that.
