Mission and Vision

Magnolia Speech School’s Mission

Magnolia Speech School creates a community for language and hearing challenged children and their families where they are empowered, socially, emotionally, and intellectually to reach their full potential through listening and spoken language.

Magnolia Speech School’s Vision

Magnolia Speech School is a thought leader among institutions focused on children with hearing and language challenges and their families nationwide.  A beacon of high-quality, affordable education, our students improve their spoken language skills and thrive.

At Magnolia Speech School, we believe that barriers imposed by deafness and language impairments can be overcome through early identification and intervention.

Our Philosophy

Magnolia Speech School believes that barriers imposed by deafness and language impairments can be overcome through early identification and intervention. These children need specialized, self-contained classrooms in order to learn the language necessary to function in future academic settings.

At Magnolia Speech School, we design individual educational programs for each child that emphasize developing communication, cognition, and social skills. The children receive as much individual instruction as possible. Parents and staff work together as a team with mutual trust and respect. The skills they learn in their classrooms facilitate their eventual transition to mainstream schools.

The school’s ultimate goal for students is to leave Magnolia Speech School prepared for the school of their choice and with the verbal skills to succeed.
